Grrr-ab your leashes and your four-legged best friend! The 19th Annual Wiggle Waggle Walk steps off Sunday, September 24th at Brookside Park at the Rose Bowl. Join thousands of animal lovers and their canine companions for a fun-filled community dog walk and fundraiser.
Our goal this year is to raise $300,000 to help provide shelter, food, veterinary care and much more to the thousands of animals--domestic, exotic, wildlife and livestock--cared for every year at the Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA.

We're excited to announce that joining us this year as host and emcee will be KTLA Channel 5 anchor/reporter Lu Parker.
An Emmy winning journalist, Lu has worked in the television news business for more than two decades. She is also a former Miss USA, author, and animal advocate. In 2010, she created the Lu Parker Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping homeless animals and at-risk teenagers through community projects and education.
Lu lives in Los Angeles with her cat Boogie and dog Monkey. Lu rescued Monkey 10 years ago after he was pulled from the medical lab at South Los Angeles Animal Shelter. Together they have helped to raise thousands of dollars for other dogs and cats in need of medical care or looking for a new forever home.
Also joining us to help get the party started will be actress Carolyn Hennesy, known for her roles on “True Blood”, “Cougar Town”, “General Hospital”, and “Jessie”, and in the movies “Click”, “Legally Blonde 2” and “Terminator 3”.
When not on set, the Los Angeles native authors the popular Pandora children’s book series and lends her time and talent to a number of causes, chief of which is animal rescue. A wildlife conservationist and zoo animal welfarist, Hennesy produces and hosts Animal Magnetism, a radio program featuring zoo professionals that focuses on welfare and conservation issues. In 2016, she was named an American Humane Association celebrity ambassador.
While at the Walk, don't forget to:
Our adoption counselors help homeless animals find caring homes.
We offer a low cost spay/neuter clinic to help control pet overpopulation.
We educate our community in proper pet care and humane treatment of animals.
We offer boarding, pet supplies, training classes, licensing and behavior advice.
We rehabilitate wildlife and educate residents on how to humanely co-exist with urban wildlife.
